    Our program offers recreational classes in a variety of styles for the beginning dancer to the intermediate dancer. Girls and boys will learn balance, musicality and rhythm through dynamic, exciting and age appropriate classes as they progress to more advanced technique. Athletics & Fitness

Whether you are 5, or 10 or 50, we have a program for you. Our new Athletics and Fitness programs include sports leagues and clinics for children ages 6 and older. Looking for a Walk/Run club? Adult Yoga? Endurance training? We even offer recreational basketball for women and men over 40. We have programs that fit your schedule and needs.

Children 2 - 3 Years of Age

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   This class provides a warm, nurturing environment and is designed for children 2 - 3 years of age.  Emphasis is on developing social skills and transitioning from home to school.  Language development is supported though daily activities that include ABC's, counting, story time, games and crafts.  Two and three day program participants will receive individualized "Play and Learn" PlayDoh mats, sent home weekly to reinforce the skills and concepts being introduced in the classroom.

1, 2, and 3 day programs are available.
