Rentals and Hosted Parties Birthday Party Packages Choose from any theme below for your Birthday Bash at the BPD! A party form and booked date must be confirmed before the party can be provided. A $100 deposit is also required upon booking of the party as well as the party fee. All parties must be booked 2 weeks in advance. Custom Party Packages include: Video Game Spectacular, Superhero Sensation, Princess and/ or Pirates Adventure, and Sports Star. Each Birthday Bash includes a 2 hour decorated party room, party host, pizza, juice and cake.

Choose your own theme for your birthday party. You can create your party through add-ons and activities will be planned accordingly. Theme must be approved before booking of the party. Contact the Park District office for a complete listing of party add-ons and fees. Party pricing will vary.

Have you ever wanted to swim at the park district with just you and your friends? this is you opportunity to rent out the whole pool for a night full of fun. ask about showing a movie! Note: deposit and rental fee must be paid at time of reservation. date will not be held without paperwork and payment in full.

Are you interested in having a pool party at the Butterfield Park District? Well this is your opportunity to have a fun and economical party! Enjoy a day at the pool and bring your own refreshments as we set-up tables and chairs in a grassy area for you to enjoy. Each party is two hours long. Please make reservations at least two weeks in advance. Available every day the pool is open at the following time slots:
Noon-2:00 pm
2:00-4:00 pm
4:00-6:00 pm
$25 set-up fee plus $3 per person
(no pool passes accepted)
