Lady Lightning Basketball Clinics Girls basketball clinics conducted by Coach Mike Seberger and the Lady Lightning Basketball organization. Classes are geared to beginner players as well as experienced players wanting to improve their skills. Learn fundamentals including dribbling, passing, shooting, and footwork. Learn the basics of floor hockey, T-ball, soccer, kickball, and basketball. These classes are designed to familiarize children with the basic skills and concepts of these childhood sports. Each class will provide a fun and energetic sport to play. The basics such as throwing, kicking, running, and playing games will be taught throughout each session. Pee Wee Sportsters & Parent Play Time Come play in the Butterfield Park District gym with fun games, sports, and teaching basic sports skills to Pee Wee Sportsters. Instructors will lead activities to help parents and children engage in fun and active quality time. Each class will be active so please wear comfortable and active clothes and shoes. Age:36 months |
Conducted by Synergy Soccer Club, the recreational House League Soccer will be based on fun, skill development and socialization. The league will have games on Saturday mornings beginning September 11 with its last game on October 23. This program will train athletes to develop explosive acceleration, enhance stride efficiency, improve conditioning, become more self-confident and maximize your athletic potential. Age: 10-15 |
Balance beam, horizontal bar, vault, air trak, and tumbling are all experienced within this class. Coordination, body awareness, and self-confidence are also developed. Age appropriate skills are taught in progressions so students will continue to learn at their own pace, session after session. Students are to wear comfortable clothing (no jeans please) and gym shoes. Age: 36 months |
