Mom and Me Yoga

Introduce your child to the benefits of yoga. Every class will be theme based and include yoga movement, storytelling and music. As we "play yoga" together, children discover they are natural yogis. Non-competitive games and partner poses strengthen the unique bond you have with your child. Cuddle with your child at the end of every class for a time of relaxation. Come ready to move and giggle...and leave feeling calm and peaceful.

Hatha Yoga Summer

This class is designed for all yoga students, beginners to advanced. Focus is on anatomical alignment and breath control. Yoga promotes strength, flexibility, and balance, on and off the mat. Benefits include stress relief, self-awareness, self-esteem and self-confidence, enhanced concentration, improved circulation, weight loss and improve daily life. Men's Only Yoga

Finally! A yoga class designed especially for men! Yoga benefits include strength, flexibility, stamina, and balance, both physically and mentally. Yoga helps reduce stress and tension, improves focus and concentration, and promotes all around well-being, on and off the mat. Yoga is non-competitive and for all athletic and non-athletic types. All athletes can improve their game from the practice of yoga to find strength and stability in their workouts. Workouts are modified for those with bad backs, tight hamstrings, injuries, etc.

All Over Body by Personal Fitness

Introduction to Tai Chi

Practiced for over a thousand years, this art is slow moving and relaxed and is known to be beneficial as a physical, mental, and spiritual and energy building exercise. Zumba Fitness utilizes the principles of fitness interval training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. Add some red-hot international music and contagious steps such as salsa, merengue, cumbia, hip hop and a few others - and you've got yourself a "fitness-party"! Karate

Learn the art of self-defense through drills, kicking, punching, and blocking in this martial art called Shotokan Karate. The course will help develop flexibility, self-discipline, stamina, concentration, and courage. Taught by Master Espiritu. Master Espiritu is a 9th degree black belt, three time All-Philippines National Champion, and Illinois Forms Champion. Master Espiritu is head instructor of eight Karate Chapters in the Philippines. Feel free to observe class before registering.
