Deposits and Payments
No matter what the rental is, there is a REFUNDABLE deposit needed. Refund is given back provided that the room is not damaged in any way.

$100 deposit for 49 people or less

$200 deposit for 50 people or more

The deposit and payment are required (along with the signing of the contract) to hold the desired date for the rental. If payment/deposit are not received, then the date will not be held.

If paying by check, we ask that you write out two checks, one for the deposit and one for the payment.

Cancellations
There is no fee for cancellation of any rental AS LONG AS we are notified at least a week in advance. If rental is canceled after the deadline, then no refund will be given.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are tables and chairs included in the room rental? Yes, you are only charged for the table and chairs if you want to rent them out.

What is the latest time the rooms/gym can be rented until? 10:00 PM. Any later and it needs to be cleared with Butterfield Park District.

Can outside food or beverages be brought in? Food and drinks can be brought into the activity room. However, food and drinks are not allowed in the gym.

Is alcohol allowed? No, alcohol is not allowed on park district grounds. There are no exceptions.

Can I rent recreation equipment? Yes, you need an ID Card or a $20 refundable deposit.
