NEW THIS YEAR
Tennis and Swimming Camp
In this Camp participants will work with HealthTrack's Tennis Pros to further advance their tennis skills. Participants will be spilt into groups based on skill. Tennis will be the focus from 10:00-11:30 am with skills, drills, and match play. Lunch follows until noon, from 12:00-1:15 kids will get to cool off in the pool and swim. Pickup will be at 1:30 at the Tennis Courts. Bring tennis attire, packed lunch, sunscreen, bathing suit, and towel.

Tennis and Pickleball are lifetime sports that are a wonderful way to be active and to enjoy the many benefits of being outdoors! We have instructional classes taught by HealthTrack Fitness pros that will get all ages and ability levels moving and learning the fundamentals of play. YOUTH TENNIS
Come out and enjoy the perfect environment to learn the game of tennis. All ages and ability levels are welcome. Lessons will focus on racquet skills, athletic development and an understanding of the game while having FUN! Programs are instructed by experienced staff who are knowledgeable and passionate about sports. Experienced youth build on their knowledge, understanding of the rules, hitting consistency and skills.
ADULT TENNIS
It is never too late to learn how to play tennis or to improve your skills! Available for both beginners and advanced players, you will have fun and learn how to become a more competitive player. The atmosphere is constructive, with skilled instructors who know exactly how to help you improve your game.
PICKLEBALL
Join the pickleball craze! Pickleball, a game that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping pong, is sweeping the country. Pickleball players use paddles and whiffle balls to play on a badminton-sized court with a slightly modified tennis net. This low-impact sport is easier on the knees and shoulders than tennis as it does not involve as much running or arm strength. Pickleball is a recreational game that is designed to encourage an active lifestyle.
